About Vinisima
The non-alcoholic wine resource
Vinisima exists for the questions people actually have about wine: what to pour when someone at the table isn't drinking, which gear is worth counter space, what to give a wine lover whose taste you don't know, and how to choose a bottle without a vocabulary lesson. We specialize in alcohol-free wine — the fastest-growing, least-gatekept corner of the wine world — and the gear and gifts that make every glass better.
How we choose what we recommend
Every product on this site is selected through the same process:
- We start from the reader's question, not a product feed — each guide exists because people genuinely ask it.
- We shortlist on independent evidence: category expertise, producer track record, published reviews, and specifications we verify against live listings via Amazon's Creators API — the same data that powers the prices shown on our pages.
- We verify availability continuously. An automated weekly audit checks that every recommended product is in stock, still the same product, and correctly priced — dead links and switched listings get caught and fixed, not discovered by readers.
- We say who each pick is NOT for. A recommendation that fits everyone fits no one; our guides name the trade-offs and the cheaper alternative that's usually enough.
Prices displayed on our pages are pulled from Amazon and refreshed throughout the day, each page notes the "as of" date, and we never publish a price we didn't fetch.
Our editorial rules
- Rankings are never sold. No producer, brand, or retailer can pay for placement, a better position, or a softer verdict.
- Commission never decides a pick. Every product we recommend earns us the same way (see below), which removes the incentive to steer between them.
- Honesty about limits. Where a category underdelivers — non-alcoholic big reds, for instance — we say so in the guide that recommends them.
- Corrections: when we get something wrong, we fix the page and note the change. Product swaps for availability are recorded in each guide's history.

Who we are
Vinisima is written and maintained by the Vinisima Tasting Team — wine enthusiasts who came to the subject the way most people do: through dinner tables, gift panics, and a growing number of friends who don't drink. We'd rather explain tannin in one sentence than perform it in ten.
